Integrative assessment pathway

  • Intake & triage: Upon booking, you will receive a client health questionnaire, baseline rating scales, and risk assessment forms. Our team reviews these to confirm suitability for our clinic.
  • Pre-consultation guidance: Once suitability is confirmed, we provide your initial client management framework containing general, non-specific lifestyle and wellness recommendations (such as optimising light environments, foundational nutrition, and circadian hygiene) to help you get started ahead of your appointment.
  • The consultation & plan: Your live consultation is a remote appointment to review your progress with these foundational changes and gather your full clinical history. This is followed by a comprehensive report and a dedicated follow-up appointment to fine-tune and formally agree on your personalised management plan. Depending on your needs, this plan may involve ongoing care with a psychologist, therapist, counsellor, GP, or paediatrician.

Please note: If your intake forms highlight clinical risks that cannot be safely managed in our outpatient setting, we will notify you immediately. In these instances, your booking will be cancelled and your payment refunded, less a fixed £75 clinical triage and review fee.

Neurodevelopmental assessment pathway

Our multidisciplinary ADHD and Autism pathways involve standardised questionnaires sent to parents and your child’s school, a formal clinical assessment appointment, a detailed developmental history interview, and a dedicated feedback consultation to share the final diagnosis and report.

Please note: Gathering school feedback is a clinical requirement for a robust diagnosis; families are responsible for ensuring their school completes and returns these forms promptly.
