Guidelines for using PsychSense trademarks and copyrights
These guidelines are for licensees, authorised resellers, developers, customers, and other parties wishing to use PsychSense’s trademarks, service marks or images in promotional, advertising, instructional or reference materials, or on their websites, products or packaging. Use of PsychSense trademarks may be prohibited unless expressly authorised.
PsychSense’s trademarks, service marks, trade names and trade dress are valuable assets. By using a PsychSense trademark, you acknowledge that PsychSense is the sole owner and agree not to interfere with PsychSense’s rights in it.
Unauthorised use
- You may not use PsychSense trademarks as part of a company, product or service name
- You may not use the PsychSense logo except under an express written trademark licence
- You may not use a variation, phonetic equivalent or abbreviation of a PsychSense trademark
- You may not use a PsychSense trademark in a disparaging manner
- You may not imply PsychSense’s endorsement or sponsorship of a third-party product or service
- You may not manufacture or sell merchandise bearing PsychSense trademarks without a written licence
- You may not imitate PsychSense’s distinctive packaging, website design, logos or typefaces
Proper use
Trademarks are adjectives, not nouns, and should not be used in plural or possessive form. Always spell and capitalise PsychSense trademarks exactly as shown on the PsychSense website.
