Unsolicited idea submission policy
PsychSense and its employees and contractors do not accept, review or consider any unsolicited ideas, works, materials, proposals, suggestions, artwork, content or the like — including for advertising campaigns, promotions, products, services, technologies, product enhancements, processes, marketing strategies, product names, or creative materials (together, “submissions”). Please do not send or provide any submissions in any form to PsychSense or any of its employees or contractors.
This policy exists to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when PsychSense’s products, services, technologies, advertising, promotions, marketing strategies or content might seem similar to submissions provided to us. If, despite this request, you still submit them, the following terms apply.
Terms of idea submission
You agree that:
- Your submissions and related intellectual property rights automatically become the property of PsychSense, without compensation to you
- PsychSense may use or redistribute the submissions for any purpose, on an unrestricted basis
- There is no obligation for PsychSense to review the submissions
- There is no obligation to keep any submissions confidential
Product feedback
PsychSense does welcome feedback regarding many areas of our existing business. Please use the forms on our website to submit specific feedback on our existing products, services and marketing strategies, rather than sending submissions through other channels.

Any feedback you provide on this site will be deemed non- confidential and non-proprietary. PsychSense is free to use and redistribute such information on an unrestricted basis, without compensation to you.
