Sophie Bell

Sophie Bell is a registered Social Worker with over seven years' experience working within Children and Young People's Mental Health Services (CYPMHS). Her professional journey has largely been within mental health services, where she has developed extensive experience in assessment, therapeutic intervention, and collaborative care planning.

Alongside her social work qualification, she has developed a particular skill and interest in Systemic Family Practice (SFP), which recognises that our experiences, relationships, family dynamics, and wider social contexts all play an important role in shaping who we are today.

Sophie is also trained in Video Interaction Guidance (VIG) and is currently working towards her accreditation — a strengths-based approach that focuses on enhancing attachment, attunement, and communication within relationships.
